We offer refunds within the first 7 days of subscribing, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. This allows you to explore our platform and decide if it's the right fit for your learning journey.

If you meet these conditions and wish to request a refund, please contact us at team@solvit.pk within 7 days of your purchase date.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your refund request must be made within 7 days of your subscription date.
  • You must not have completed more than 20% of the total course content.
  • The refund applies only to initial purchases—renewals and recurring subscriptions are non-refundable.

Note: Refunds will not be issued if you have downloaded or accessed significant portions of the course materials beyond the permitted limit.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email team@solvit.pk with the following details:

  • Your full name and email address used for the purchase.
  • The course name and date of purchase.
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund.

Our team will review your request and process eligible refunds within 7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Requests made after the 7-day window.
  • Courses where you’ve completed more than 20% of the content.
  • Bundle offers or discounted packages where part of the content is consumed.
  • Renewals or recurring subscription fees.

5. Processing Refunds

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
